When did you start an interest in rodeo?
When I was knee high to a grasshopper. Very early age.

What other sports other than rodeo do you enjoy?
Basketball, football, boxing

What is the funniest thing that you have seen or experienced at a rodeo?
At a local bull riding, a former bull rider decided to get on one of our bulls. At the time, he was of advanced age(about 45 )and intoxicated. The bull came out and threw him off and cleared out of arena. This guy rode with his glasses on and they came off so he couldn’t see where he was. Well the bull was coming for him and he couldn’t see it. He was crawling around on his hands and knees and trying to find his glasses and get out of the arena. Another bull rider came to his rescue and grabbed him by the belt and shirt and tried to throw him over the panel, but threw him straight into it. He hit his head and it dazed him very badly. Doesn’t sound too funny. I guess you had to be there and know the guy.

What advice would you give to Indian youth about rodeo or anything in general? What you put into it is what you will get out of it.

What advice would you give to Indian youth who wanted to participate in
rodeo but didn’t have the resources or support to get involved?
Come find us, we will help you out. We have our own stock, both bulls and horses, so come see us.

What would you like to see more of at Indian Rodeos? More Indian contractors, more added money

What are/is your favorite western movie(s)? The Assassination of Jesse James By the Coward Robert Ford, and 3:10 to Yuma, Tombstone

What was your most memorable ride or run?
Got on my own bull 433 The Bondsman. He was bucking a lot of guys off, and I got on him and he bucked hard, but I spurred him. Felt good. Gave me a lot of confidence.

Who is your all time hero? Clint Branger

What Indian Cowboy or Cowgirl has influenced you to rodeo? My older brother Shawn(former bull rider) and my dad Jay.

Would you like to thank sponsors and or anyone for your success in rodeo? I would like to thank Randy Perez, Ft. Belknap Casino, everyone from my reservation and community of Hays that helped me get to the IIFR and INFR. And my parents for everything that they have done to help me.
